Doula and CLC Services

Birth Doula Services:

As a DONA certified birth doula I am able to support you throughout your pregnancy; providing education, encouragement, and resources. With my birth support package there will be an initial phone or zoom interview to make sure we are a good fit, and then an initial consultation in person. The birth package includes four prenatal appointments that will cover birth planning, lactation education, postpartum preparation, pain management and pregnancy support. At these appointments we will go over care expectations, build a relationship, and create a birth and postpartum plan.

My fee for birth services is $1000.

Birth support services also includes:

  • On call support from 36 weeks on
  • Pregnancy and child birth education
  • Assistance with creating your birth plan
  • Resource referrals
  • Pain management and support through labor
  • Immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support
  • Postpartum follow-up appointment

Postpartum Doula Services:

As a DONA trained postpartum doula will help to make the transition into motherhood go as smoothly as possible by filling in the gaps as new moms transition into a new season of motherhood by assisting with:

  • Breastfeeding Support (I am a certified lactation counselor or CLC)
  • Support and encouragement
  • Meal Preparation
  • Light house work, laundry, and chores
  • Miscellaneous tasks that need to be done to keep the household functioning smoothly
  • Basic child/pet care for other children in home

I am available for 3-5 hour shifts, two or more times a week, for up to six weeks. Upon intake we can address all of the needs of the family and create a schedule that will work best to meet those needs. I am currently certifying with DONA.

Hourly Rate of $30.00

Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) Services:

As a CLC I will help to support, encourage, inform, and empower you through your breastfeeding journey. We will start with a phone or zoom assessment to see if CLC support is a good fit. If so, I will happily advise on lactation education, latch issues, pumping, low/over supply issues, milk storage. I am not a medical professional. I cannot diagnose or prescribe medications, but I can refer you to a care provider who can better address your needs if need be.

At home visits rate of $75.00
